At Grace Lutheran College we believe that each child should be given the opportunity to discover who they are and what they love doing. We know that not everyone is a scholar or good with their hands or on the sports field or dance floor. We do know, however, that everyone is good at something. Our role is to help them uncover this. We encourage them to explore this through education so that their confidence and their capacity to strive towards their ambitions grows. This is The Grace Way.

Grace Lutheran College is one College with two campuses, Rothwell and Caboolture. We are a community-based, co-educational secondary school, open to all families who are willing to support our ethos, without discrimination as to class, race or belief.
Each of our campuses have a wide range of unique offerings and opportunities, ensuring every student has the chance to explore all their God-given gifts and talents. We encourage everyone in our community to learn and serve according to ‘The Grace Way’.
Students travel to Grace Lutheran College from many areas in North Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Bribie Island and surrounds, many using our extensive College owned bus services.
At Grace Lutheran College, we support students to explore and grow their confidence through education. We offer a wide array of opportunities on both an international and local level, ensuring every student has the opportunity to shine. We strive to help students uncover and unpack their gifts, and excel with GRIT, GROWTH and GRACE.
GEL is our formal mentoring and support program. It is designed to ensure each individual feels he/she belongs to the Grace community and that each has the fullest possible opportunity for spiritual, personal, social, physical and academic growth.
On enrolment at the College, students are placed in one of the four house groups and then in a smaller GEL class within that House. A GEL teacher becomes the mentor of each student and wholistically supports the development of each individual in the GEL class. They may continue to care for them throughout the journey from Year 7 to Graduation. In this horizontal structure, the program for each year group is organised and supervised by the Year Level Coordinator, each year having a different program to meet the needs of the growing adolescent.
GEL works in conjunction with our student support services, including Learning Support, Vocational Education Training, Academic Enrichment, Careers Guidance, and Chaplaincy, to ensure every child has the opportunity to reach their potential.
Prospective families may arrange a tour of the college with one of our Enrolment coordinators, or submit an Enrolments Enquiry to begin the enrolment process. To apply, please submit an Enrolment Application. Interviews are usually conducted the year before entry into the school. Enrolments are accepted from birth and it is never too early to enrol.
